We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a
Analytical Chemist I in
Whitby, ON (on-site).
Responsibilities:
- Accurately document all experimental data in compliance with ALCOA principles (Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, and Accurate).
- Perform HPLC, dissolution, and physical testing independently, following defined Analytical Methods and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Operate proficiently using Empower, NuGenesis, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic system suitability failures.
- Promptly report any unexpected or Out of Specification (OOS) results to the Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Chemistry or a related field.
- Practical experience using standard laboratory equipment and procedures.
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may also be considered.
