I.P. - Patent Agent Life Sciences Chemistry

Our client is seeking a Patent Agent with 2+ years of experience to join their Life Sciences Patent Practice. This full-time position is available in their Silicon Valley, New York, or Washington, D.C. offices.

Qualifications:

• A PhD (or MD) in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, or a related field is required.
• A USPTO registration number is mandatory.
• Candidates must demonstrate superior academic credentials and possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

   • A patent application drafted by the candidate.
   • An office action response with a persuasive argument drafted by the candidate.

Compensation and Benefits:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $112,500 to $250,000, depending on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location.

A discretionary performance-based bonus may also be available to eligible employees.
