REQUIREMENTS Minimum Bachelor's degree in an engineering field Minimum of 5 years' experience in the industrial sector and at least two new product launches are required SKILLS Fluent French and English, good knowledge of German desirable Knowledge of MS Office, SAP and CAD tool Practical knowledge and experience in at least one commodity: Electrical / Exterior/Interior/Composites/Chassis) Practical knowledge and experience in dealing with Launch issues, supporting Quality on supplier topics, Production on assembly issues etc Knowledge of Quality standard processes, audit process, roet cause analysis, 5 Why, 6 Sigma Conflict resolution, solution orientation, relational capacity Initiative, organizational skills, rigour TASKS Leadership of all Launch reviews and key pre and post build events Report Project Launch status in Gateway events Co-ordinate all pre-production planning Create launch build plan and report progress and status with alignment from all areas Define and lead product and production readiness events Lead cross functional team to deliver for hot topic critical problems Lead best practice within the organisation Develop company processes and lessons learn for future programs
