Working as part of the Group HR Operations team reporting to HR Operations Manager and working in collaboration to support the wider HR Team including Talent, Recruitment and departmental Business Partners. This role will support all local employee operations, administer processes and coordinate activities to facilitate world class ways of working throughout the entire employee lifecycle, contributing to a user-focused employee experience that puts our employees at the heart of an excellent experience. Key Responsibilities Administer paperwork and support local employee lifecycle Support with mobility and relocation to and from region Handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, processing employment changes, and ensuring accurate documentation. Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing necessary documentation, coordinating new hire orientations, and conducting exit procedures. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Administration and ownership of local payroll working with 3rd party payroll provider to complete monthly payroll Administer cyclical processes i.e. salary increases for region aligning with the group Administration of local benefits including being point of contact for employee questions, reporting and renewals Be the conduit for HR & Finance to support and ensure excellence in required process management and reporting Administration of HRIS with responsibility for data accuracy for regional employees information Providing local knowledge and expertise to effectively support internationally located HR Business Partners Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies; stay up to date with market trends and any local legislative changes Assist in audits and compliance reporting, maintaining accurate documentation for review Administration of HRIS (HiBob) with responsibility for data accuracy for regional employees information Responsibility for processing all People-related data inputs, including new hires, data updates, departures, and managing absences (such as parental and other leaves) within the HiBob system Administer and update regional employee information pages on confluence Administer and manage CPD (Continuous Professional Development) fund requests including sourcing suppliers as required, supporting approval flows, purchases and track spend Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of employee training programmes and workshops Track and evaluate training effectiveness, gathering feedback and share with team to inform future training initiatives Monitor employee participation and completion rates for online courses and mandatory training sessions on LXP (Learning Experience Platform) Provide support to employees and troubleshoot issues related to LXP access and functionality Assist with employee engagement initiatives and company culture programs Support the rollout and engagement of initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion Provide support and administrative coordination for HR Group HR Projects Support with managing HR ways of working, HR events, HR meetings and tracking and ensuring delivery of HR activity Support all other HR initiatives as required.
