Rust Developer - Digital Assets, Crypto, HFT, London, £120-150K Base + Bonus + Equity

A leading, well-funded, Digital Assets Trading company, has a new opportunity for a Senior Rust Developer to help shape the build of their investment platforms.

This greenfield opportunity would suit a dynamic Software Engineer that likes to collaborate and enjoys working in the office (Office first policy, ~4 days onsite a week) embracing the entrepreneurial spirit of a small firm, with the infrastructure, technology, and support of a some of the brightest of minds.

Requirements:

• Rust Development – Commercial, 2+ years
• Elite academic background – STEM subjects from Russell Group+
• Financial Services (Ideally HFT, Crypto, digital Assets)

What you will work on

• Extending and improving our low-latency connectivity and trading infrastructure
• Fine tuning the performance of our core pricing engine for optimal throughput
• Design, develop and test new features and components relating to high frequency trading, trade monitoring and risk managemen
