Rutgers University-Camden Law School is seeking a Research Assistant (part-time temporary) for the Dean’s Office. The job duties are as follows: Provide legal and social science research on issues related to fiduciary law, fiduciary duties, agency law, through a demonstrated general knowledge about research on issues of investment management. The position will collect, analyze and interpret data related to current fiduciary law. This will include examining current investment structures, trends and strategies and corroborating to past, current and future legal practices. Will assist the principal investigator with research and writing projects supporting the necessary steps to collect data that lead to presentation and publication. Will work collaboratively with scholars on current and potential projects. This may include creating correspondence, developing networks, coordinating and initiating meetings and the like.
