Job Summary:
Newmark's Southern California Multifamily Capital Markets Team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst/Associate. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the sale, financing, and recapitalization of multifamily assets on a team with more than $100 billion in closed transactions in the Western U.S. and national portfolio sales. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in real estate finance, a passion for the multifamily sector, and a desire to support our team in executing strategic deals.

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 annually
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
