POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the CFO, the Senior Financial Analyst is a key contributor to the corporate finance function of Resolve Pain Solutions. This is an opportunity to be a member of an early stage, fast-growing company with high ambitions for further growth in the near term.

KEY DUTIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conduct thorough P&L analysis to monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights.
Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to ensure financial stability.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including variance analysis.
Support the operations team with financial guidance and drive cost control initiatives.
Create and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
Lead the annual budgeting process and collaborate with department heads to create accurate budgets.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
Support other departments regarding accounting and reporting requirements, as needed
Provide support for due diligence and subsequent integration work for M&A activity
Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies
Other duties as assigned by management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred)
3-6 years of experience in P&L analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
Stable work history
Advanced proficiency with Excel
Healthcare experience strongly preferred
Previous Private Equity company experience strongly preferred
A desire to work as part of a team with a variety of tasks
Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and always meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills – ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced organization
Creative and resourceful problem solver – investigative and analytical skills are required
