Your role will be divided between the internal and external game design of the company: Internal: You will be responsible for game design and/or level design for mainly PC and console game projects. You will oversee the progress of your project, schedules, and the development team. You will invent worlds and storylines related to your game. You will write documents covering various aspects of your game’s development. You will create blockouts and mockups for your game. You have knowledge of Unreal Engine to create blockouts. You can formulate precise requests to developers for creating tools and know how to use these tools in UE. You will manage the budget related to your project and ensure its profitability. You will create new projects and game design concepts. Candidate Profile You have at least one year of experience in game design/level design within a studio. You are available/flexible. You are fluent in French and possess excellent documentation skills. You are proactive: it is necessary and essential that you are autonomous and able to anticipate developments. This is a position of trust, not bound by strict working hours. You generally enjoy playing games and having fun at work. You live in Belgium or wish to discover this country. You have expertise in game design. You are creative and have original ideas. Holding a degree in psychology or pedagogy is a plus. Having a game that has already been shipped is a plus.
