THE POSITION
As an Analyst, you'll be responsible for using your analytical skills to help us make informed decisions. You'll work closely with our experienced team, using your problem-solving skills to help us identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
What You Can Expect To Do
Financial Analysis:
Provide support for investment management analysis and underwriting of potential acquisition opportunities utilizing Excel. Help with the collection, analysis, and thoughtful review of asset-level and portfolio-level data. Work with the Data Management team and Asset Management team to track property-level KPIs and performance metrics, with an emphasis on data visualization.
Market Research:
Provide research support utilizing online, internal, and external resources. Data aggregation and analysis will be required. Stay current on industry trends and maintain market awareness in targeted markets through direct research and review of third-party research.
Investor Relations:
Assist in preparing investment presentations for investors, government agencies and brokers. Assist with the preparation of quarterly reports, investor updates, capital calls, distributions, and general communication. Onboard new investors onto the investment management platform, help respond to investor inquiries, and ensure reporting and communication protocols and timelines are met.
Transaction Execution:
Assist in due diligence, coordination of 3rd party vendors, interfacing with lenders and government agencies, preparation of closing statements etc.
