We have a great team of supportive and talented IT professionals in our Office of Information Systems & Services (ISS), and we would like to hire another inquisitive, creative thinking individual for our team.
As part of the ISS team, the IT Project Manager is responsible for managing projects within DGS’ diverse environment. DGS has divisions concerned with statewide procurement, commonwealth of Virginia real estate, facilities management, lab testing, and many other areas. This position will often be assigned to large and challenging projects and will work in coordination with the area Application Portfolio Manager (APM) to assure effective coordination and successful conclusion. The successful candidate would work with ISS Application Director and other ISS Management team members in Strategic Planning activities.
