Plastic Molding Technology (PMT) manufactures high precision plastic parts for automotive, telecommunications, medical device, renewable energy, and industrial customers. The primary manufacturing processes are injection molding and thermoforming. PMT has ~100 injection molding presses at its two primary manufacturing locations in El Paso, TX and Centennial, CO (a suburb of Denver). A third facility in Longmont, CO (a suburb of Denver) provides in-house repair and fabrication of tools & dies.

Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator with expertise in DELMIAWorks (IQMS) ERP software to support our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain IQMS and other IT systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and usability. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, experience in manufacturing environments, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What you’ll do:

• Perform server and network maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain server backups and disaster recovery procedures
• Implement IQMS modules, updates, reporting improvements, and deployment of additional features and functions
• Administer and optimize DELMIAWorks (IQMS) ERP system
• Setup and troubleshoot Vonage phone system, including physical phones, online portals, phone trees, and corporate numbers for office and terminal locations
• Maintain IT processes regarding information security and cybersecurity controls across the network
• Perform maintenance and set up tasks for Microsoft 365 email groups
• Deploy and maintain user computers, performance monitoring, and 365 security administration
• Support company software and hardware; troubleshoot issues with users
• Provide troubleshooting support for Microsoft Office applications and M365 administration
• Develop expertise to train staff on new and existing technologies
• Mentor IT Technicians
• Utilize IT ticketing systems to respond and document issues
• Write end-user and technical process documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned

 What we’re looking for:

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 4+ years of experience System Administration.
• Experience with DELMIAWorks (IQMS) ERP, preferred.
• Relevant certifications in IT support or related areas are a plus.
• Moderate network and server administration experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 system administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills; dependable and self-motivated.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
• Travel ~10-15%
