Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) - Nights

Job Title: Medical Laboratory Tech (MLT) - Night Shift

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Laboratory Tech (MLT) to join our team for the night shift. As an MLT, you will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. 

Responsibilities:

- Collect blood samples from patients and prepare them for testing

- Perform pretesting procedures such as sample preparation and quality control checks

- Conduct laboratory tests and analyze results to provide accurate and timely information to healthcare providers

- Perform post testing procedures such as data analysis and reporting

- Maintain accurate records of all laboratory procedures and results

- Adhere to all laboratory policies and procedures to ensure quality control and safety

- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and other laboratory staff

Requirements:

- Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field

- Certification as an MLT by a recognized accrediting agency

- Strong understanding of laboratory policies and procedures

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work night shift hours
