The Operations/Supply Chain (OSC) Finance Organization has an immediate need for a P2 Financial Analyst supporting the ASDS Mission Area, specifically the TPY portfolio. The candidate will work on a team of Operations Analysts executing all aspects of the production finance processes (EACs, EVMS, etc).
The ideal candidate will help construct and execute change management protocols generating value to the executing originations via critical analysis, bandwidth management, guidance and insights. They will be effective communicators, able to transfer knowledge, resolve conflicts and relay time critical information across all multi-functional stakeholder environments. Lastly, they will prioritize and allocate resources in a dynamic, geographically dispersed, and deadline driven environment.
What You Will Do:
The analyst will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and integrity of operations analysis while infusing expertise and best practices into the organization.
This effort will be inclusive of side-by-side analysis with working teams to drive analytical capability growth and appropriate functional ownership accountability to the results generated.
Each program includes an efficient and effective team that relies on individual drive and integrity for success.
Rapport is of upmost priority and it is expected that the candidate is capable of building business relationships and trust with all stakeholders. Leaders will be responsible for understanding the drivers within their respective program areas and determine trends or drifts within the organization; ultimately consolidating information, identifying critical metrics and recommending / executing solutions to challenges as appropriate.
These roles will serve as a critical business partner providing insight and guidance to Mission Areas; as well as, Business Unit Leadership.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related topic
Typically requires 2+ years finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 0-2+ years prior relevant experience
Experience with SAP (PRISM/APEX, Business Warehouse) or similar systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
U.S. Citizenship Status is Required as this position will require the ability to Access US Only Data Systems
Qualifications We Prefer:
Understanding of operations/material systems and processes
Convey business acumen to stakeholders without financial backgrounds or expertise
Comfort taking on dynamic environments and new challenges
Clear, succinct and polished written and verbal communication skills
EVMS experience: Production, Supply Chain, or IMS driven Earned Value
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with peers and leadership
Comfort with multitasking, priority identification, and task management/prioritization
Ability to absorb performance indicators to create consolidated executive presentations
Strong experience with Excel and other business analytical tools
Experience with financial evaluations of programs performance
