Position Summary:
The Process Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing process automation solutions using Microsoft technologies, including Azure. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency by developing and maintaining automation scripts, workflows, and tools. The Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline business processes. The ideal candidate has a strong background in scripting, process automation, and AI experience is a plus.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and implement process automation solutions using Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Power Automate, C,# etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline business processes.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts, workflows, and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support and training to team members and stakeholders on automation best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in automation and AI technologies.
- Utilize Microsoft Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions for automation tasks.
- Manage cloud computing and infrastructure, ensuring efficient and secure operations.
- Implement DevOps practices and tools to enhance collaboration and deployment processes.
- Understand and apply data integration and ETL processes to support automation initiatives.
- Integrate AI and machine learning models into automation processes to improve decision-making and predictive capabilities a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in process automation using Microsoft technologies, including Azure.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, PowerShell, or Python.
- Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks and tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in internal IT environments.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
